twelve appointed his son the said Henry Keswick and

his brother the said James Johnstone Keswick and John

Matheson Macdonald and Norman Macdonald Executors

thereof

(1) The said William Keswick died on the ninth

day of March One thousand nine hundred and twelve

without having revoked or alterad his said Will which

was on the seventeenth day of April One thousand nine

hundred and twelve duly proved in the Principal Pro-

bate Registry by the said Henry Keswick and James

Johnstone Keswick alone the said John Matheson Muc-

donald and Norman Macdonald having renounced Probate

thereof

(g) No trust deed or declaration of trust of the

said trust premises was ever executed by the said

William Keswick and the said Henry Keswick and James

Johnstone Keswick have accordingly determined to

execute such declaration of trust as is hereinafter

contained

NOW THEREFORE THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that the said

Henry Keswick and James Johnstone Keswick DO and each

of them DOTH HEREBY DECLARE as follows:-
